Profitable project management at GMC Yard
BV Consult has delivered three missions GMC Yard:
1. Project Management / Restructuring, including a project model for how projects should run optimally, with a focus on the "Early Start Concept" and work package planning. Proposed organization of the yard that supports and safeguards the project model.
2. AX customization - streamlining: Requirement specification to the systems supporting the Project process (AX etc). Implementing these requirements will streamline and professionalize the way of working and provide effective management information to the Project and Customer, as well as to the top Management, during the project.
3. Sales development/ Marketing strategy: A sales journal that continuously keeps track of shipyard market segment, prospect quantity, supply quantity, success% etc and Seller's priorities. A market strategy proposal based on analysis, which takes customer values seriously, and who derive "products" and attractive message design for the company's reputation management.
